BareWall respects the intellectual property rights of artists, creators, and copyright holders. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), BareWall maintains a clear process to review and address any notices of alleged copyright or intellectual property infringement regarding visual media or artworks presented on our site.

1. Physical Art & First Sale Doctrine

BareWall curates and sells authentic, physical, one-of-a-kind original artworks and studies. In accordance with physical property resale rights and the First Sale Doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 109), physical artworks legitimately acquired are lawful for physical resale. BareWall does not produce, print, or distribute unauthorized commercial reproductions, posters, or digital giclée duplicates of copyrighted works.

2. Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright holder, visual artist, or an authorized legal representative and believe that any visual preview, photograph, or material displayed on BareWall infringes upon your copyrighted work, please submit a formal written DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Agent containing the following information:

Identification of Work: A clear description of the copyrighted artwork or creative asset you claim has been infringed.
Identification of Material: The specific URL, listing title, or image location on BareWall that contains the material you request to be removed or disabled.
Contact Information: Your full legal name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and active email address.
Good-Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy Statement: A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Signature: A physical or verified electronic signature of the authorized copyright holder.

3. Review and Resolution Process

Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA notice, BareWall will promptly review the submission, investigate the claim, and take necessary measures, which may include temporarily removing or disabling access to the identified image or listing while the inquiry is resolved.
