1. Storefront & Direct Sales Model

BareWall is a curated direct-to-consumer art retailer. All artworks offered on our platform are curated, inspected, and physically fulfilled directly by BareWall. When you purchase a piece, you are buying a genuine physical original directly from our gallery catalog.

2. Physical Art Authenticity & One-of-a-Kind Nature

• Original Physical Works: BareWall guarantees that every painting and study listed in our curated collections is an authentic, 100% hand-painted physical artwork. We strictly do not sell AI-generated prints, mass posters, or digital giclée reproductions.
• Single-Edition Inventory: Each physical work is a unique 1-of-1 original. Once a purchase transaction is confirmed, that piece is marked as sold and removed from active inventory.
• Originality & Copyright Integrity: BareWall curates genuine, independent compositions. We strictly do not sell unauthorized hand-painted replicas or copies of third-party copyrighted works. If a delivered piece is substantiated to be an unauthorized painted duplicate of another artist's proprietary work, the buyer may contact support within 14 days of delivery for a prepaid return and a 100% full refund.

3. Pricing, Payments & Domestic Shipping

• Transparent Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD. Payment processing is handled securely and directly through Stripe.
• Complimentary US Shipping: Standard domestic ground shipping within the United States is included with every original artwork purchase at no additional charge.

4. Final Sale Policy & Safe-Arrival Guarantee

• All Sales Final: Because every artwork is a one-of-a-kind physical creation, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, color preference changes, or size miscalculations.
• Safe-Arrival Guarantee (Carrier Transit Damage): Every shipment travels with carrier transit insurance. In the rare event that an artwork arrives damaged due to postal transit, the buyer must notify BareWall at support@barewall.art within 48 hours of delivery.
• Damage Claim Requirements: To qualify for a transit damage refund, the buyer must provide clear photographs showing:
  • The damaged external shipping packaging/carton.
  • The shipping label with the tracking number.
  • The damaged physical artwork.

Upon verification of transit damage, BareWall will process a full refund to the original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property & Physical Ownership

A purchase transfers physical ownership of the specific tangible artwork to the buyer. Purchase of a physical original does not transfer underlying copyright or commercial reproduction rights. Buyers may not scan, reproduce, or commercially distribute copies of the purchased artwork.

6. Limitation of Liability

BareWall provides its website and physical artworks on an "AS IS" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BareWall shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website use, carrier delivery delays, or third-party postal handling.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
